KES Orientation

Dear Families, As we start the new year with remote learning, we would like to invite our parents to an “Elementary Orientation” on Zoom hosted by your Elementary principals,  Andrew Davenport and Jackie VanNosdall. Elementary Orientation Zooms for parents will be held on August 31. We plan on sharing the same information on each, so you can choose the time that works best for you and your family. Each time has a unique Zoom link, included on the next page. We will also send these links via SchoolMessenger, and they will be posted on the school website. We will cover a number of items including: ● Facilities update ● Schedules for Remote Learning ● Technology, Google Classroom, and Zoom ● Packet Distribution ● Kindergarten Screening ● Academic Intervention Services (AIS) ● Special Education and Related Services ● Social Emotional Learning ● Attendance There will be time for questions. Once we get underway, we will have Zoom “Curriculum Night” opportunities for you with your child’s teacher. We look forward to meeting with you!
